Wicon Positioners High Performance Solutions for Heavy Duty Welding
Positioners are available in 11 standard sizes for loads from 250 kg to 30000 kg. The frame is designed with the very best configuration for turning and tilting. Positioners consist of motor, transmissions, table tilting system, steel gears and control system and they have the best protection structurally. The positioners are fixed onto floor for heavy work pieces. The tables have radial T-slots allowing quick-clamping of the work pieces. Tilting and turning are produced with steel gears system. For safety, the positioner is equipped reducer with worm gear system which holds the table in its requirement positions. The rotation of the table is easily adjustable with potentiometer of the speed on the remote control panel which has 5 cm cable. As an optional equipment all the models can have PLC-control.
These positioners are securely fixed onto the floor to handle heavy workpieces, offering maximum support during welding and assembly. The tables are equipped with radial T-slots, allowing for quick and efficient clamping of workpieces, which significantly enhances productivity.
