Wicon Positioners Precision Stability and Efficiency in Welding Operations
Positioners are available in 11 standard sizes, accommodating loads ranging from 250 kg to 30,000 kg. Wicon’s positioners are meticulously engineered, featuring a frame designed with optimal configurations for both turning and tilting operations. Comprising high-quality components such as motors, transmissions, table tilting systems, steel gears, and robust control systems, these positioners offer superior structural protection.
The positioners are securely fixed onto the floor to support heavy workpieces, ensuring stability during operation. Each table is equipped with radial T-slots, allowing for quick and efficient clamping of workpieces, thus enhancing overall productivity. Wicon’s design prioritizes safety, as the positioner is equipped with a reducer paired with a worn gear system that firmly holds the table in its required position.
Moreover, the rotation of the table can be easily adjusted using a potentiometer for speed control located on the remote control panel, which boasts a 5 cm cable for added convenience. As an optional feature, all models can be integrated with PLC control, allowing for greater automation and precision in various industrial applications.
